The hotel offers spacious and comfortable rooms with a convenient kitchenette in the living room. The service was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The location is superb, close to the city center and a large mall. The dining experience was good but slightly overpriced. Overall, the facilities were adequate.
The hotel offers spacious rooms that are quite dusty with some spider webs, lacking in cleanliness. On the positive side, the rooms are lovely, well-heated, and spacious, providing a quiet and bright atmosphere. The service is outstanding with friendly and helpful staff going above and beyond. The location is convenient, close to amenities, but with expensive parking. Dining includes a variety of food alternatives but may feel rushed by the staff. Facilities are decent with no standout positives or negatives.
My stay at the hotel was a bit of a mixed bag. The rooms felt like saunas with no air-con, making it uncomfortably hot even with the windows wide open. The strong tobacco smell was a big downside, and the broken thermostat in the bathroom didn't help the situation. On the bright side, the location was prime and very convenient for accessing the city mall and underground station.
